Requirements
The requirement is for 35 F-16 Horizontal Stabilizers, identified by NSN: 1560-01-619-8981 WF and P/N: 16T7461-835. Estimated delivery is to SW3210 beginning February 2028. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity. Qualified sources must possess unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge. Alternate sources must qualify in accordance with the design control activity's procedures, approved by the cognizant Government engineering activity. Award will be made only if the offeror, product/service, or manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award per FAR clause 52.209-1.
