Attached is the F-16 MWS Non-Government Advisor Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) Template. If this NDA is not adequate for your company, your company will need to enter into a separate NDA with the non-government advisor/non-government advisor's company. This will need to be submitted to the Government at the time of the proposal receipt.

Please adhere to sections L and M of this solicitation.
