THE PURPOSE OF THE AMENDMENT IS TO CORRECT SECTION M, EVALUATION FACTOR FOR AWARD, AND EXTEND THE SOLICITATION AS FOLLOWS;
1. DELETE provision, 52.247-47, EVALUATION-F.O.B. ORIGIN (JUN 2003), as it does not apply to FMS buys.
2. ADD SECTION M, EVALUATION FACTOR FOR AWARD - PRICE ONLY.
3. Extend the solicitation to close Monday June 16, 2025 at 12:00 pm Noon MST. Please Note: Offerors that have already submitted a proposal and do not wish to revise the proposal is only required to sign the amendment; however, Offeror(s) have the right to submit a revised proposal by the solicitation extended closing date and time with the signed amendment.
