Justification for Sole Source

This acquisition is being conducted under FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." PARKER-HANNIFIN is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and current Design Authority for the F-22 actuator end items. As the OEM, Parker-Hannifin is the only source possessing the complete, proprietary technical data, drawings, and engineering expertise required to develop and deliver the specified Logistics Product Data (LPD), Engineering Data for Provisioning (EDFP), and perform the in-depth gap analysis. No other source has access to or rights for this essential proprietary data.
