Scope of Work
The F-35 JPO Security Directorate requires comprehensive, multi-disciplined security support to protect F-35 technology and information throughout its acquisition and sustainment lifecycle. Services include advice and support for programmatic security measures to deny unauthorized access to facilities, equipment, and resources, and to protect personnel, information, and property from damage or loss.
Security support encompasses the management and control of various classified and unclassified information types, including Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), collateral/general service (GENSER), Special Access Program (SAP), NATO, Critical Nuclear Weapons Design Information (CNWDI), Restricted Data (RD), Formal Restricted Data (FRD), and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). Disciplines covered are General Security (GENSEC), Industrial Security (INDUSEC), Information Security (INFOSEC), Personnel Security (PERSEC), and Physical Security (PHYSEC).
According to the Draft PWS (Attachment 1), the services will be provided globally to the JPO, US Services, Cooperative Program Partners (CPP), and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers. The Period of Performance is a 12-month base period with four 12-month option periods. Contractor personnel must be U.S. citizens, possess a SECRET clearance, and meet specific SAP access requirements. Non-personal services are required.
