Scope of Work
The requirement is for the F-35 aircraft and includes two primary display types:
Panoramic Cockpit Display (PCD):
- 8x20 viewing area with 2560x1024 image resolution (1280x1024 per side).
- Features separate left/right video imaging, auto-selection for DVI or VGA video input, and a mullion between images less than 0.150 inches.
- Includes an integrated infrared touchscreen with RS 232 communication, high-intensity LED backlight (0 to >200fL), and an integrated NVIS control panel.
- Must have identical dimensions to the existing aircraft PCD.
Standby Flight Display (SFD):
- 3ATI indicator with 480x480 pixel resolution.
- Features a high-intensity LED backlight, integrated switch bezel, and NVIS compatibility.
Delivery Terms: 150 Calendar Days ARO (After Receipt of Order). Interested offerors must be able to support all areas of this requirement; partial support responses will not be accepted.
Information Requested
Interested offerors should provide the following information, limited to no more than 3 pages:
- Company name, DUNS number, CAGE Code, address, points of contact, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses.
- A brief description of experience in providing the type of support described.
- Identification of business size (small or large) and socioeconomic disadvantaged category, as defined by FAR Part 19 and listed in SAM. The potential NAICS code is 336413 "Other Aircraft Parts and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing" with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. The PSC is 1680 "Miscellaneous Aircraft Accessories and Components".
- Any other information deemed useful to the Air Force.
