Scope of Work
The contractor will provide emergency and rapid response services for the release or threat of release of oil, hazardous and toxic wastes, petroleum products, hazardous substances, pollutants, contaminants, or fire/explosion hazards that pose an actual or potential threat to human health or welfare, or the environment. This procurement also includes cleanup for incidents involving weapons of mass destruction, acts of terrorism, nuclear, biological, and chemical incidents, and natural or man-made disasters. Services are to be provided within the EPA Region 1 geographic area under the authority of CERCLA, CWA, RCRA, NCP, and the Stafford Act.

Evaluation

Additional Notes
The contract will include EPAAR clause 1552.209-74 Alternate I, which limits the contractor from providing Superfund Technical Assistance and Removal Team (START) type activities within their assigned geographical area.
