Eligibility & Qualifications

Interested firms must meet minimum qualifications, including:

  • Licensed hazardous waste hauler in Arizona.
  • Active EPA Identification Number for hazardous waste transport.
  • Personnel with current 40-hour HAZWOPER certification.
  • Personnel with current DOT Hazardous Materials transportation certification.
  • Appropriate business liability, pollution liability, and commercial vehicle insurance.
  • Demonstrated experience handling hazardous and universal waste for federal agencies.

Submission & Evaluation

  • Submit a one-page cover letter including Unique Entity ID, cage code, business size, and point of contact.
  • Provide a Capability Statement (maximum 2 pages) addressing the firm's ability to perform the required services.
  • Responses will be evaluated to determine industry availability and technical capability.
