Scope of Work
The objective is to ensure safe pesticide application in compliance with Federal and State laws, enhance monitoring, inspections, and enforcement, and provide accurate Pesticide Use Proposal (PUP) information. Services include:
- Monitoring pesticide applications on an as-needed basis to ensure compliance with product labels, PUPs, and California law.
- Enhancing protection and safety by monitoring and enforcing at least 25% of all pesticide applications.
- Performing scheduled inspections, enforcement actions, reports, documentation, and scheduled meetings.
- Inspecting 100% of Restricted Use pesticide applications (Sectagon-42 and Telone II) and chemigation systems.
- Collecting information on offsite seed treatment applications.
