Mod 02: EPA will be hosting a pre-solicitation industry day. Information regarding this pre-solicitation industry day will be shared no later than June 20, 2025.

AN OFFICIAL SOLICITATION IS NOW ANTICIPATED IN JUNE/JULY 2025 FOR THIS REQUIREMENT. THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE UNRESTRICTED WITH NO SET-ASIDE. THE OFFICIAL SOLICITATION WILL BE SOLICITED ON SOLICTATION NUMBER "68HE0925R0015". THIS IDIQ CONTRACT WILL BE FOR ALL EPA REGIONS. EPA WILL SOLICIT RESERVING THE RIGHT TO ISSUE A SINGLE AWARD IDIQ OR A MULTIPLE AWARD IDIQ. IF MULTIPLE AWARD, TASK ORDERS WILL BE ISSUED NON-COMPETITIVELY TO THE IDIQ AWARDEE OF THAT SPECIFIC REGION.

EPA HAS ATTACHED THE MOST UP-TO-DATE STATEMENT OF WORK TO THIS NOTICE LABELED "WATER SOW_5.30.2025". EPA IS NOT REQUESTING ANY RESPONSES TO THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE.
