Scope of Work
The selected vendor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for the maintenance of two (2) Nalco Envirox chlorine dioxide water disinfection systems throughout the Birmingham VA Medical Center's water distribution system. Key services include:
- Continuous Monitoring: 24/7/365 web-based monitoring with VA personnel access.
- Data Reporting: Daily chlorine dioxide concentration feed data via email.
- Technical Support: Within 4 hours via phone/email for discrepancies; on-site within 24 hours for alarm conditions or ADEM inspections.
- Reporting: Monthly summary reports due by the 5th of the following month.
- Alarm Notification: Immediate notification of unit alarms via email to COR and phone/page to the Engineer on Duty.
