Scope of Work
The requirement involves a comprehensive asbestos survey and inventory of building materials. This includes:

- Assessing the condition, friability, and risk of occupant exposure to existing asbestos materials.

- Following Class IV OSHA procedures (29 CFR 1926.1101) and labeling all existing, exposed, accessible asbestos-containing building materials (ACBM).
- Inspections must be conducted by accredited and licensed SD Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources (SD DANR) asbestos building inspectors.
- Laboratories used for bulk sample analysis must be NIST NVLAP accredited.
- Deliverables include electronic editable drawings, two sets of hard copy binders per building, and an editable Excel workbook with photos and drawings.
- All work must be completed within 120 calendar days of award.
