Scope of Work

The survey will include visual evaluation, sampling, a summary of findings (location, quantity, condition), and recommendations for addressing identified hazards through abatement or management practices. All work must comply with VALBMC, Local, State, and Federal codes and laws. The contractor must furnish all labor, equipment (including PPE), certification, supervision, and materials.
