Statement of Work (SOW)

To abate Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) tile and mastic from specific areas within buildings at the Asheville VAMC.

• Abatement of approximately 525 square feet of ACM tile and mastic in building 47, room 1D165, and building 15, room 133.

• Abatement of approximately 80 square feet of wall in building 47 between corridor BB066 and BC124 for the installation of a new double door.

• All work is located on the main campus of the Asheville VAMC, Asheville, NC.

• 45 days from contract award.

• Room 1D165 must be completed on a Friday or after hours.

• Room 133 may be completed during regular hours.
