This solicitation seeks proposals for the unrestricted procurement of pharmaceutical waste pickup and destruction services for VISN 19. The services are required for the VISN 19 Expired Pharmaceutical Program located in Cheyenne, Wyoming, which handles hazardous and non-hazardous pharmaceutical waste in accordance with EPA's Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Subpart P.

• Comprehensive services for the destruction of EPA RCRA-defined hazardous pharmaceutical waste.

• Includes all labor, materials, tools, equipment, analysis, travel, transportation, documentation, waste treatment, and disposal.

• Contractor must provide and maintain all necessary licenses and permits for waste removal and disposal.

• Services include disposal of spills/releases of hazardous materials/wastes (excluding remediation waste).

• Contractor must provide disposal via incineration, treatment, or secure landfill, with incineration being the preferred method.

• Disposal must ensure no future expense potential to the VA or federal government.

• Contractor must provide certificates of destruction and recycling within 375 calendar days of shipment.

• The contract period is anticipated to be five (5) years, including option periods.

• Services are expected to be performed Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM local time, excluding National Holidays, though out-of-cycle pickups may be required.

• Offerors must submit pricing on the provided Price Schedule and hold prices firm for 90 calendar days.

• Three (3) recent and relevant past performance references are required.

• This acquisition is unrestricted.
