- Supply Chain Management: Logistics, forecasting, long-lead procurement, obsolescence mitigation, integration with the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC), and coordination with the F117 Program Office.
- Performance Restoration: Depot overhaul and field repair services to ensure serviceable, ready-to-install F117 propulsion systems, maintaining War Readiness Engine (WRE) and Serviceable Propulsion System (SPS) levels. This includes module repair (light, medium, heavy maintenance) and procurement of new or serviceable life-limited parts.
