F139-PW4062-100 SPARE ENGINE CORE PROCUREMENT

Statement of Work (SOW)

• Preservation & Shipping: Preserve, wrap, and ship spare engines to Tinker AFB. This includes packaging, handling, storage, and transportation in accordance with specified military standards and technical orders.

• Fuel: Furnish petroleum/fuel for engine assembly and acceptance testing, complying with specified ASTM standards and additives.

• Comprehensive Engine Management System (CEMS): Gather and deliver CEMS reporting data electronically, including all installed hardware/components, configuration item identifiers, work unit codes, part numbers, and serial numbers.

• Item Unique Identification (IUID): Mark engine data plates with IUID in accordance with MIL-STD-130N. Upload IUID information into the Government IUID Registry.

• Acceptance Testing: Perform tests and evaluations to ensure spare engines perform in their intended environment. Develop and maintain an Acceptance Test Plan.

• Quality Assurance: Maintain a quality system addressing ISO 9001 standards.

• Delivery: Spare engines to be delivered to Tinker AFB, Oklahoma.
