A complete test report is required post-testing. The government reserves the right to inspect testing processes with 30 days' notice.
• Qualification Article Verification: Provide a pre-contract award qualification article, compliant with Drawing 5188110, for form, fit, and function evaluation. Notification of pass/fail will be within 90 days. Successful qualification does not guarantee a contract award.
• Estimated Costs & Time: The estimated cost for qualification is $23,300.00, with an estimated completion time of 180 days.
• Qualification Time Limitation: Offerors can demonstrate qualification before the contract award date, but the award will not be delayed. Full qualification is required for contract eligibility.

Source Qualification Waiver Requirements

Sources meeting specific criteria may apply for a waiver of all or part of the qualification requirements. Waiver criteria include:

• Prior supply of articles to the government or OEM (QWC1).
• Qualification for an assembly implies qualification for subassemblies/components (QWC2).
