This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items to procure workstations, tables, and chairs for Wright Patterson AFB, Building 16, Conference Room 028. This announcement is the only solicitation, and additional written solicitations will not be issued. The procurement is for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.

• One (1) 30" x 84" Workstation

• Eighteen (18) 24" x 54" Mobile Flip-Top Tables

• Thirty-two (32) Conference Chairs

• Design services for interior design

• Freight, Receiving, Delivery & Installation (including Electrical Hookup of Dual Channel Power Pole)

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP)

• Period of Performance: No later than 120 days After Receipt of Order (ARO).

• Quotes Due Date: 10 April 2026 at 12:00 PM EST.

• Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the responsible offeror who submits a quotation that (1) conforms to requirements, (2) complies with minimum requirements stated in the SOW, and (3) submits the quotation with the lowest price technically acceptable, provided the price is fair and reasonable.

• Government reserves the right to conduct interchanges, make no award, or cancel the solicitation.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the requirements for providing and installing a furniture package for Facility 20016, Room 028, Area B, at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. The project, identified as F20016 Conference Room 028, will be awarded on a competitive basis using total project cost.

• The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and certified electrician services to hook up Systems Furniture to building power, including transportation.

• The Contractor shall provide 30 days of storage for items.

• An itemized quote is required, including labor for receiving, inspecting, delivering to the job site, and installing the product per the approved final design layout.

• AutoCAD design hours for all phases of design (initial, revisions, final) may be included.

• Design hours for in-person meetings, finish selections, site visits, and other project execution methods may be included.

• Power harness requirements are updated per UFC 3-520-01 (Change 2, 12 April 2021).

• A Dual Channel Power Pole for workstations is required, with hardwire connection by a certified electrician and break box labeling.

• Repair/replace flooring and ceiling if damaged during furniture installation, ensuring consistent finish levels.

• Provide overall 2D Floor Plan and 3D Image of each typical.

• Required product types include: Systems Furniture, Tables, and Seating.

• WS-1" 30" x 84" Workstation with 53" H Panels: QTY: 1

  • Features: Tackable acoustical panels, duplex receptacles, voice/data knock out, worksurface with laminate top, grommets, two 30" W open shelves, two spinout pencil drawers, and two 36" W gray wire management units.

• T-1: 24” x 54" Mobile Flip-Top Table: QTY: 18

  • Basis of Design: Enwork Zori Straight T-Leg Flip Table. Includes laminate top, locking casters, cable management (no), modesty panel, and ganging brackets.

• CH-1: Conference Chair: QTY: 32

  • Basis of Design: OFS Revel. Specifications include aluminum cantilever arms, polished aluminum finish, black hard wheel casters, swivel tilt control, and black onyx fabric.

• The period of performance is to be completed no later than 120 days from contract award, inclusive of site visit, material selection, lead time, and installation.

• Location: Facility 20016 Room 028, Area B, 2275 D Street, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, OH 45433.

• Contractor must be an authorized dealer of the proposed furniture manufacturer.

• Design services include space planning, site verification, and material selection.

• All personnel must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, codes, and base requirements.

• Safety and security policies must be established and followed.

• A contract manager and alternate must be designated.

• A Project Manager with at least 3 years of experience is required.

• Any electrician must be licensed.

• Personnel list submission is required, including Privacy Act information and valid identification.

• Contractor personnel must present a neat appearance and be identifiable.

• Customer service during normal duty hours (0730-1630, Mon-Fri, excluding federal holidays).

• Storage up to a maximum of 30 days is included.

• Installation must be overseen by a manufacturer-certified installer.

• All trash removed from the worksite must be disposed of according to state laws, with recycling where possible.

• Environmental controls must be maintained.

• Furniture must be level, square, and in proper alignment.

• Final inspection and acceptance checklist to be completed.

• Base support includes government-controlled working space and utilities.

• Site conditions include clear access, staging areas, electric power, and CAD drawings.

• Base entry procedures via Gate 26A, WPAFB, Ohio, require specific documentation for vehicles and drivers.

• Delivery to be coordinated with other applicable contracts.

• Corridors and aisles must be kept clear during installation.

• Cell phones, Fitbits, or Bluetooth technology are not allowed in the secure installation area. Installers will be escorted.
