• CH-1: Conference Chair: Basis of Design OFS Revel, with detailed specifications for model, arms, finish, casters, control, base, fabric, and assembly.

• Coordination and management of all products, equipment, and personnel for delivery and installation.

• Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, codes, permits, DoD, AF, and base requirements.

• Establishment of policies to protect safety and welfare.

• Provision of a contract manager and alternate.

• Provision of a Project Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Assembly according to manufacturer instructions and Air Force approved design drawings. Secure attachment of furnishings. Oversight by a manufacturer-certified installer. Removal of packing materials and cleaning. Disposal of trash and recycling.

• Inspection/Acceptance Checklist: Validation of installation against guidelines and specifications. Post-installation walkthrough. Documentation of corrections on a punch list. Final walkthrough to ensure all punch list items are addressed.
