• Networking: Opportunities to connect with representatives from USACE Little Rock District, Memphis District, Little Rock Air Force Base, and the U.S. Small Business Administration.
• One-on-One Meetings: Available on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants were encouraged to bring concise one- to two-page capabilities statements.
• Presentations & Briefings: The event included a tentative agenda with speakers from the 19th Contracting Squadron, GSA, APEX Accelerators, and USACE districts. Topics covered outreach services, small business participation, subcontracting plans, and mission briefings.
• Upcoming Opportunities: The Memphis District presented its FY25 accomplishments and FY26 planned construction awards and projects across various programs (e.g., Mississippi River Levees, Harbor Dredging), including estimated costs and timelines. The Little Rock District detailed how to do business with them, listed upcoming services/supplies requirements, and outlined Civil Works, Hydropower, Military Missions (Pine Bluff Arsenal, Little Rock AFB, Ebbing Field), and Arkansas National Guard projects with estimated values and acquisition strategies.
• Resources: Information was provided on the Arkansas APEX Accelerator (assisting with government contracts) and GSA Solutions & OASIS+ BPAs (explaining GSA's role, BPAs, and fair opportunity).
• Subcontracting: A DoD Subcontracting Plan Checklist was provided, outlining required elements for individual and commercial subcontracting plans, referencing FAR and DFARS clauses, to guide bidders in meeting DoD requirements.
