• Full warranty details for the scoreboard unit, controller, and installation labor.

The purpose is market research to determine the method of procurement for this requirement.

Respondents are requested to address the following:

Statement of Work (SOW)

To purchase and install a new, modern, permanent, and wirelessly operated outdoor scoreboard for the multipurpose field (football/soccer) at Buckley Space Force Base (SFB) Fitness Center. This aims to improve the quality and efficiency of sporting events and support potential for larger tournaments and varsity sports.

• Provide all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, and supervision for a complete scoreboard system.

• Includes design, engineering, procurement, and installation of the scoreboard and foundation.

• Contractor is responsible for site cleanup, including packaging and debris removal.

• Contractor must provide a temporary power source if permanent power is not available for testing.

• Scoreboard must be clearly visible in direct sunlight from all spectator areas.

• Must display Team Scores (Home and Guest), Game Clock (Minutes: Seconds), and Period/Quarter.

• Control system must be secure, reliable, wireless with a minimum operational range of 300 feet.

• Housing must be weather-resistant, capable of withstanding local environmental conditions (high-winds, hail, temperature extremes).

• Contractor must demonstrate all functions to the Government inspection and acceptance POC.

• Place of Performance: Outdoor multipurpose field adjacent to the Buckley SFB Fitness Center, 17890 E. Steamboat Avenue, Building 35, Aurora, CO 80011.

• Period of Performance: 180 Days after Receipt of Contract Award.

• Foundation: Reinforced concrete, including footers and steel I-beam supports, designed to support the scoreboard against local wind load requirements.

• Engineering Drawings: Certified drawings for the foundation and support structure required for Government approval prior to work commencement.

• Permits: Contractor must obtain all necessary dig permits, processed a minimum of 15 days prior to excavation.

• Site Access: Coordinate with the Fitness Center manager or designated Government POC.

• Deliverables: Fully installed scoreboard system, certified engineering drawings, operating manuals, and a minimum 5-year manufacturer warranty.
