Scope of Work
This Request for Quotation (RFQ) requires the contractor to procure and install all necessary structured cables for six fully operational VTC systems, including extra parallel paths, in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).
Key technical specifications and requirements include:
- Cabling: Overhead conduit must be used for cabling as flooring cannot be pulled up. Contractors will provide patch panels. Copper cabling is specified for NIPR (limited to the 1st floor), and Fiber for SIPR (for the 2nd and 3rd floors).
- Fiber: Each desk requires 4 strands of OM4 Multi-Mode Duplex LC/LC OM4 OFNP - Red Jacket fiber, with 2 spares remaining dark. All fibers will terminate at the desk.
- VTC Equipment: The government will provide TSW-1070 GV models with TSW-1070 LB light base kits and wall-mounted light indicators for all room kits. A speaker in-ceiling solution is required for each room, with contractor recommendations subject to government approval. Each conference room will have 2 secure displays (Non-RF) with DP and HDMI inputs. The government will provide network electronics, SFP transceivers, and cameras. 66ABG/SCOI will ensure network connectivity.
