Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This document is a combined synopsis/solicitation (RFQ) for commercial products/services for a Manpack SATCOM/LOS Antenna Kit. It serves as the only solicitation, and no separate written solicitation will be issued. The procurement is being conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 procedures.

• Purchase of the Manpack SATCOM/LOS Antenna Kit.

• Contractors must provide a quote that includes the RFQ Information Sheet (Attachment 1) and completed Provisions and Clauses (Attachment 2).

• A Cover Letter is required, including a statement of quote validity (until March 31, 2026), confirmation of authorized reseller status for the 20 ASOS MANPACK Antenna, confirmation of meeting a one-week ARO delivery requirement, and company contact information.

• All unit and extended amounts in quotes must be rounded to the nearest dollar, and extended prices must be exactly divisible by the quantity of units.

• The intent is to award a sole source, single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order.

• The intended awardee is Tactical Support Equipment (TSE) located at 4039 Barefoot Rd. Fayetteville, NC. 28306.

• DAFFARS clauses 5352.201-9101 (Ombudsman) and 5352.223-9000 (Elimination of Use of Class I Ozone Depleting Substances) will be included.

• Quotations are due by 2:00 PM (Central Standard Time) on 5 March 2026.

• Submissions are to be sent electronically via email to Ms. Katelyn Timmermann and Ms. Amber Climaco.

• Late quotations will not be accepted.

• Evaluation will be based on two factors: Technical (meeting all RFQ and attachment requirements) and Price (completeness and reasonableness).

• This is a sole source negotiation.

• A site visit/quotation conference will not be held.

• Contractors are cautioned that all communications must be channeled through the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer.

• The Government reserves the right not to award an order.

• No costs incurred in developing a quotation obligate the Government.
