Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines the requirements for the design, fabrication, delivery, and installation of a custom technology conference table for the Wing Operations Center within the Command Post area.

• Development of a custom 15-foot by 7-foot technology table.

• The table must accommodate eleven (11) individual operator positions in a U-Shaped configuration.

• Ergonomic design to maximize operator sightlines, equipment accessibility, and comfort.

• Durable high-pressure laminate (HPL) work surface, minimum 1.25 inches thick, with integrated cable entry openings.

• Heavy-duty, welded steel frame and substructure.

• Each operator position requires an independent, electronically controlled height-adjustable work surface (sitting/standing transition).

• Each station includes a motorized monitor lift system for a government-provided 27-inch monitor (30 lbs capacity), with a hinged lid and flip-up access panels.

• Integrated electrical power (minimum two 120V outlets per station) and data network connectivity (minimum two data ports per station).

• Comprehensive cable management system to conceal and route cabling, including dynamic cable chains and segregated pathways.

• Integrated enclosure for CPU storage (minimum internal dimensions: 20" H x 9" W x 22" D) with ventilation.

• Delivery and installation to be completed within 120 days after contract award.

• Place of Performance: Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina (ACC), Building 1122.

• Finish: Final color and finish selected by the government; baseline specifies 'Viva Walnut' equivalent work surface and 'Black' equivalent base/enclosure.

• Delivery: Comply with base access and delivery requirements.

• Installation: Coordinate with site Points of Contact (POCs).

• Government-Provided Utilities: Four (4) dedicated 120V/20A electrical circuits will be provided at the table location. Contractor is responsible for power distribution within the table and final connection.

• Debris Removal: Contractor is responsible for removal and disposal of installation-related debris.

• Warranty: Standard warranty covering manufacturing defects and mechanical components for a minimum period specified in the contract.

• Hours of Operation: Normal hours are MON-FRI 0700-1600, excluding federal holidays. Extended hours may be approved.

• Base Access: Contractors must obtain installation access passes and facility access badges. Compliance with base traffic regulations is required.

• Pricing Arrangement: Firm Fixed Price.

• Period of Performance: 120 Calendar Days from the date of award receipt.

• Offer Due Date: May 1, 2026, 10:00 AM.

• Quotes are due no later than May 1, 2026, 10:00 AM.

• All questions must be submitted via email by April 24, 2026.

• Offerors must annotate that prices are valid until May 29, 2026.

• Evaluation Factors: Lowest Price and Technical Acceptability.

• This acquisition is set aside 100% for Small Business.

• The solicitation includes FAR clauses 52.212-1, 52.212-3, and 52.212-5.

• Payment requests and receiving reports must be submitted through Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF).

• Attachments include a PWS and Technical Drawings/Renderings.
