Scope of Work
The primary requirement is for the supply of one (1) Lochinvar AWH06S0N-PM Armor® water boiler. Detailed technical specifications are provided in Attachment 1, highlighting key features such as:
- Performance: 650,000 BTU/hr input, 98% thermal efficiency, 10:1 turndown ratio, 772 GPH recovery rate at 100°F rise, 160 psi working pressure, Natural Gas fuel, and Low NOx operation.
- Technology: SMART TOUCH™ touchscreen LCD controls, CON·X·US® mobile platform for remote monitoring, and standard building automation integration.
- Construction: 316L Stainless Steel heat exchanger and indoor/outdoor convertible installation. Delivery of the boiler is required within 30 days after receipt of order to 109 ENGINEERS WAY, CANNON AFB, NM, 88103, BLDG 356.
