This project shall accomplish a design-build repair of the section of dock at the Kadena marina. Repairs shall include upgrades to the dock, underwater anchors, marine mooring bollards, dock bumper system, and the connection point to the existing dock section. Additionally, the dock upgrades shall include a power pedestal and freshwater connections. The dock shall also include a platform and stairs tall enough to facilitate loading equipment and personnel into the vessel as well as a security fence to keep the area secure. Sustainable principles, to include life cycle cost- effective practices shall be integrated into the design, development, and construction of the project(s) in accordance with the latest version of UFC 1-200-02, High Performance and Sustainable Building Requirements.
