Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for the complete remanufacture of C-130 Fuel Boost Pumps, returning them to a like-new condition. This includes disassembly, cleaning, inspection, maintenance, re-assembly, testing, and finishing actions, all in accordance with applicable Technical Orders (TOs) and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications. The contractor must furnish all necessary material, plant facilities, labor, parts, equipment, and expertise. Key requirements include 100% replacement of certain specified parts, packing and preservation, packaging, and Item Unique Identification (IUID) marking. Government-Furnished Property (GFP) in the form of C-130 External Fuel Tanks (NSN 2915013948476) will be provided as the core asset for remanufacture, with 100 units at an acquisition cost of $24,500 each.
