Eligibility & Qualification

Vendors not previously approved must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package and demonstrate compliance with FAR 52.209-1 and FAR 9.202(a). Qualification requirements include possessing necessary facilities, testing capabilities, a complete data package, and verified repair processes. The government is not obligated to delay award for qualification. CMMC Level 2 certification is required for all information systems processing FCI or CUI.

Contract Details & Requirements

The contract is implied to be Firm Fixed-Price. Delivery for TT&E and repair is 30 days after receipt of carcass or completion of study. Repaired items must meet new item performance requirements. The item contains critical, export-controlled technology. Mandatory requirements include:

  • Packaging: Compliance with MIL-STD-2073-1, MIL-STD-129, ISPM 15 (for Wood Packaging Material), and Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protection.
