  • Test, Teardown, and Evaluation (TT&E): Visual, mechanical, and electrical testing to determine the end item's condition. Identification of components requiring repair or replacement, with a written report to the PCO/ACO. If no further repair is needed, the asset must be returned in serviceable, like-new condition.
  • Repair: Performance of repair or replacement of all failed parts and components. Each end item must be cleaned, configured, refinished, and tested to meet original specifications, returning it in serviceable, like-new condition. Repair costs are Not-To-Exceed (NTE).
