Scope of Work
The selected contractor will provide comprehensive Contract Logistics Support (CLS), managing an annual volume of approximately 2,500 orders for serialized and consumable aircraft parts. Key responsibilities include:
- Parts Provisioning: Supplying parts in 'new,' 'overhauled,' 'repaired,' or 'unit exchange' condition, adhering to FAA requirements.
- Logistics Management: Implementing procedures for parts ordering, including Aircraft on Ground (AOG) fulfillment and expedited procurement.
- Documentation: Ensuring all parts have proper documentation and traceability (e.g., FAA Form 337, Maintenance Release, traceability to PAH/authorized supplier/repair station).
- Storage: Providing proper storage environments for core exchange and stock assets.
- Delivery: Delivering parts within 15 days after award to FAA/OKC Flight Program Operations.

Evaluation
Award will be made on a Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Proposals will be evaluated on:

- Factor 1: Technical Approach (Max 7 pages) – Demonstrating a comprehensive logistics support strategy, including AOG fulfillment and reporting.
- Factor 2: Relevant Experience (Max 5 pages) – Identifying identical or similar corporate experience, OEM relationships, and industry relationships.
- Price Evaluation: Based on the submitted Schedule B spreadsheet, including monthly pricing for CLIN 0001 (CLS), unit pricing for serialized and consumable parts (CLIN 0002 & 0003), and proposed maximum mark-up percentages.
