• Required Information for Registration: Company Name, NAICS/CAGE Code, Small Business status (Y/N), whether currently working with FAA (Y/N), Last Name, First Name, Middle Initial, and FAA PIV Badge status (Y/N).
• PII Protection: Reservation requests containing Personally Identifiable Information (PII) must be password protected.
• Capacity Limitation: In-person attendance is limited by room capacity and will close when capacity is reached or at Close of Business (COB) on Monday, May 11, 2026. After May 11th, only personnel with an FAA badge may be added if seating remains available.
• Virtual Attendance: Attendees should advise if they plan to attend virtually or in person.
• Additional Documents: For further information on the FAA vision, bidders are directed to review the attached documents: “Improving FAA Training Outcomes through System Alignment” and “CAMI APEX”.
