Scope of Work

The FAA seeks to procure static Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) units ranging from 10kVA to 550kVA, along with associated equipment and comprehensive life cycle support. Key components include:

  • UPS Units: Static UPS with electrical filtering, dual inputs, static bypass, inverters/converters.
  • Battery Systems: VRLA, Vented Lead Acid, or Lithium-ion batteries, including monitors and necessary hardware.
  • Ancillary Equipment: Remote hardwired annunciation panels, manual maintenance bypass equipment, battery lifts, spill kits, PPE, tool kits, load banks, Sync Systems for 2N UPS configurations, and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.
  • Services: Project management, configuration management, integrated logistics support (ILS), contractor depot logistics support (CDLS), training (factory, on-site, video), and 24/7 technical/administrative assistance.
  • Cybersecurity: Strict compliance with FISMA, NIST SP 800-53, FIPS 140, and Zero Trust Architecture principles, including data encryption, MFA, SBOM, and C-SCRM. Data must reside within the U.S. or its territories.

Contract & Set-Aside

  • Anticipated Contract Type: Ten (10) year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, comprising a two (2) year base period and four (4), two (2) year option periods.
