Scope of Work
The selected contractor will be responsible for conducting all demolition, debris removal, disposal, and site restoration activities in accordance with federal, state, and local requirements. Key tasks include:
- Demolition, disposal, and restoration of structures and infrastructure at the specified sites.
- Removal of environmental hazards, including presumed lead-based paint on OM antennas.
- Preparation and submission of a draft and final Demolition, Removal, and Restoration Work Plan, which must include a Site Safety and Health Plan (SSHP) and a Risk Management Plan.
- Obtaining all necessary local, state, and federal permits for demolition work.
- Submission of a site close-out report containing all waste manifests, chain of custody paperwork, laboratory results, and before/after photographs.

Submission & Evaluation
