• Purpose: Facilitate networking, provide insights into FAA programs and acquisition processes, and enable direct interaction between small businesses and FAA program officials/procurement decision-makers.

Agenda & Activities

The event will include:

• Speaking Agenda: Information on WJHTC technical NAS engineering programs, Laboratory Services, Acquisitions & Business Services, and Agency programs.
• Matchmaking: Informal one-on-one meetings with representatives from various FAA program organizations (e.g., WJHTC Aviation Research Division, ANG Technical Services Contracts Branch, FAA Information & Technology Services, Small Business Program Office, SBA NJ District Office, DOT OSDBU). Registration for matchmaking does not guarantee a meeting.
• Breakout Sessions: Planned for the final hour, covering topics such as Construction Qualified Vendor List (QVL) & Cafeteria Services, Proactive & Collaborative V&V Driving Innovation, Aviation Research Broad Agency Announcement (BAA), and Peraton: A Small Business Partnership.
• Vendor Display Tables: Available on a first-come, first-served basis to the first 30 companies. Limited to portable displays.

Participation & Registration

• Who Can Attend: Small businesses registered in SAM.gov. No specific NAICS codes are required.
• Attendance Limit: Maximum two (2) employees per business.
• Cost: Free to attend.
• Mandatory Pre-registration: Required for all attendees via Eventbrite. Registration closes July 1, 2026, or when capacity is reached.
• Matchmaking Registration: After Eventbrite registration, participants interested in matchmaking will receive a link to Govmates to create a profile.
• Facility Access: Attendees must stop at the National Aerospace Research & Technology Park (NARTP) for a visitor badge and bus transport, unless possessing a DOT PIV card. A Real ID or valid passport is required.
