Fabrication and A/V Integration Services for LOCal Experience at Cleveland Public Library

• Documentation: Provide technical drawings, operational manuals, and maintenance documentation.
• Key Personnel: Required roles include Design and Fabrication Lead, A/V Integration Lead, Project Manager, and an Accessibility Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Contract & Timeline

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price
• Period of Performance: One year, from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027.
• Estimated Value: Offerors are encouraged to assume a fully-loaded, firm-fixed price of $394,100.00.

Submission & Evaluation

• Submission: Proposals must be submitted electronically in three volumes: Corporate Experience, Past Performance, and Technical Approach/Staffing. Pricing must be submitted as a separate Excel spreadsheet.
• Evaluation: Award will be based on a Best Value, trade-off analysis approach.
• Evaluation Factors (in order of importance): Corporate Experience, Past Performance, Technical Approach/Staffing. Non-price factors are significantly more important than price.
• Preference: Offerors local to the Cleveland Public Library may be evaluated more favorably.
