Event Details & Schedule
Location: Field Acquisition Office, US Armed Forces Reserve Complex, 346 Marine Forces Drive, Grand Prairie, TX 75051.
Day One (February 24, 2026) – 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM CST:
- 8:30 – 11:30 AM: Welcome, BOP Introductions, and Presentations by BOP Representatives.
- 1:00 – 4:30 PM: One-on-One Industry Sessions.
Days Two and Three (February 25–26, 2026):
- Reserved entirely for scheduled 15-minute one-on-one sessions. Firms can showcase capabilities and engage directly with BOP staff. No audiovisual equipment will be available; firms may bring printed handouts.
Registration & Participation
- Registration Deadline: February 5, 2026, 3:30 PM CST.
- To attend, complete the attached registration form and email it to bop-adm-fmbchief-s@bop.gov with the subject line: “Facilities Management (Infrastructure) Industry Day”.
- Registration is mandatory for entry on Day One.
- Firms must indicate on the form if they wish to request a one-on-one session. Slots are limited and scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- All attendees must be pre-approved and listed on the registration form due to the secure site location.
