This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items to procure "Facilities Supplies." The Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Education (BIE), Division of Acquisitions, anticipates awarding a single fixed-price economic price adjustment, Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) type contract.

• The primary product/service is "Facilities Supplies" (Product/Service Code: 7510).

• The contract will cover a base year and four option years.

• Deliveries are expected within 30 days After Receipt of Order (ARO).

• All products must be fully manufactured, available, and ready to ship.

• Offerors must provide product specifications and lead times.

• Contract Type: Fixed-price economic price adjustment, Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).

• Estimated BPA Volume: $90,000 up to July 31, 2031 (Base Year with Four Option Years).

• BPA Call Limitation: Each call order shall not exceed $20,000.00.

• Period of Performance: Base Year (07/06/2026 to 07/05/2027) with four option years.

• Quotes are due by 16:00 CDT on July 2, 2026.

• Quotes must be submitted via email to michelle.nahlee@bie.edu.

• Evaluation will be based on comparative evaluations to determine the best value, considering product conformity, contractor capability, delivery time, and price.

• Price must be all-inclusive and reasonable.

• Offerors must provide proof of being an authorized distributor/reseller.

• Refurbished, grey market, or backordered items are not acceptable.

• This acquisition is set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE).

• Offers are solicited only from Indian Economic Enterprises that are also small business concerns.

• Offerors must complete and submit DIAR 1452.280-4 (Indian Economic Enterprise Representation).

• The solicitation incorporates numerous FAR and DIAR clauses by reference. Offerors must review these clauses.

• Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov.
