- Preventative maintenance, repairs, and custodial services.

Submission Requirements
Interested sources must submit a capability statement (maximum four pages) demonstrating experience on projects of similar magnitude and complexity. Submissions should include:
- Offeror's contact information and business size/classification (including all relevant socioeconomic categories and NAICS codes).
- Up to three past projects (within the last six years) of comparable scope and value, detailing: project title, location, description, offeror's role, dollar value, contract type, client contact, and crucially, the percentage of work self-performed versus subcontracted. Examples on military installations in CA, NV, AZ, or local to Southern California are a plus.
- Adherence to FAR 52.219-14 (Limitations on Subcontracting), FAR 52.222-54 (Employment Eligibility Verification), and FAR 4.17 (Service Contract Inventory). Small business primes must adhere to the 50% limitation on subcontracting for services.
