Submission & Evaluation
No formal solicitation is available. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation electronically to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov with the subject line: “SS-FSA-26-017-Attn: CC/RN.” Submissions must include sufficient evidence of capability, company name, contact information, business size, UEI Number, specific product details, and whether content is available via government contract vehicle or open market. A brief capabilities statement (not exceeding 5 pages) is also required. The Government will evaluate responses but reserves the right not to compete the procurement. If no advantageous response is received, the award will proceed on a sole source basis to Leased Housing Developers Company.
