This is a Sources Sought synopsis being conducted pursuant to FAR Part 10, Market Research. This is an initial step in the planning process for the 55th Wing Facility Maintenance Contract (FMC) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Support contract, which is a new requirement for the 55th Wing at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska.
This IDIQ shall cover a comprehensive and extensive range of services required to operate, maintain, repair, inspect, upgrade, update, integrate, and ensure the continuous, safe, and efficient operation of all infrastructure, systems, equipment, facilities, and grounds at Offutt Air Force Base (OAFB) and its satellite facilities.
These services shall be performed at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska. This includes but is not limited to: preventative and corrective maintenance, scheduled sustainment, emergency repairs, inspections, testing, and certifications, operation and maintenance of all systems, regulatory compliance, reporting and documentation, and all necessary installation, modification, and upgrades as listed in the FMC IDIQ PWS.
