Scope of Work
This contract requires a range of A-E services, including but not limited to:
- Primary A-E Services: Project Planning Documents (e.g., DD Form 1391s, Requirements Data Sheets, Planning Studies, Feasibility studies, Concept/Schematic Design Drawings), Planning Charrettes, Minimum Viable Project (MVP) Scope and Alternative Construction Methods (ACM) analysis, planning documentation in PAX, various cost estimates (Micro-Computer Aided Cost Estimating System Second Generation), Project Site Plans, Economic Analyses, Asset Evaluations, Basic Facilities Requirements (BFRs), Magazine Construction Assessment Reports, Facilities Planning Documents (iNFADS), and Collateral Equipment Lists.
- Support Services: Architectural, civil, seismic, landscape, mechanical, electrical, telecommunications, fire protection, traffic, topographical, hydrological, geotechnical, anti-terrorism/force protection, controlled/secured spaces, cybersecurity, utility, renewable energy, and hazardous materials studies.
- Secondary A-E Services: Shore Infrastructure Master Planning (e.g., regional, installation, area development planning, vision plans, land use plans, resilient infrastructure plans, primary utility network plans, installation development programs, electronic/web-based master planning).
- Geospatial Information and Service (GIS), and Cadastral Support Services: Spatial and non-spatial data acquisition, data for enterprise GIS database systems (Navy Data Model standards), preparation of maps, datasets, data models, geo-processing models, automation scripts, and GPS services including land surveying and topographic mapping.
Contract & Timeline
