Purpose

Scope of Work
- Preventive Maintenance (PM) Program: Establish and execute a fixed-cost PM program for regularly scheduled maintenance of critical facility systems.
- As-Needed Services (IDIQ): Provide evaluation, repair, and/or replacement services for systems including Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), HVAC Systems, Switchgear, HEPA filters, and architectural repairs.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose equipment deficiencies, identify root causes, and provide reports with repair proposals.
- Capital Replacement: Plan and execute capital replacements for critical facility systems.
- Personnel & Equipment: Furnish all necessary personnel, equipment, materials, and supervision.
- Deliverables: Develop PM plans, provide inspection point lists for the Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS), and offer repair/replacement recommendations.
