Requested Information
Interested vendors are required to submit a capabilities statement package, not exceeding 5 pages total, demonstrating their ability to provide the specified product. The package must include:
Attachment 1 – Company Information:
- Company identification (Name, Parent Company, POC).
- NAICS Code(s), CAGE Code.
- Company size and preferences (e.g., Small Business categories, Large Business).
- Location, employee count, annual revenue.
- Typical contracting role (Prime, Sub, JV) and intended approach.
- SAM registration confirmation and expiration date.
- Bonding capacity details (surety name, maximum per project, aggregate maximum).
Attachment 2 – Technical Information:
- A list of commercially available direct digital controllers manufactured by your organization (max 2 pages).
- Identification of controllers for which JCI FX 80/90 has been used for programming, database, graphics, and configuration.
- For each controller: Model Number, Product Description, Controller Application (e.g., Network Automation Engine, Zone Controller), and Communications Protocol (BACnet and/or Modbus TCP/IP).
- Manufacturer's technical data sheets.
- Experience (max 3 pages): Identify one to three installed systems where JCI FX 80/90 configured non-JCI FX80/90 digital controllers for HVAC systems, including customer POC, narrative description, and project details.
