Statement of Need

To secure unlimited access to privately held land in Fagatele Bay, American Samoa, for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Office of Law Enforcement (OLE) Pacific Islands Division (PID) and its Joint Enforcement Agreement Partner (JEA) to conduct law enforcement activities.
