Submission & Evaluation
- Quotations Due: May 18, 2026, by close of business (18:00 ET).
- Evaluation: Offers that fail to provide all data required by the source approval brochure will not be considered for award. The Government's acceptance of a contractor's proposal constitutes a bilateral agreement.
