The system must include an AIO Anchor (350 small), two AIO Cylinders, Hoses, an AIO Nitrogen Filler, and a Case. It must function as a quick single fall protection anchor point for one or multiple workers on aircraft wings, fuselage, or stabilizers, weighing less than 6kg, and suitable for line maintenance. Specific technical requirements are detailed for the anchor, nitrogen gas cylinders (56-57" height, 9-10" diameter), and high-pressure, nitrogen-compatible hoses.

Key Deliverables & Requirements

  • Quality Program Plan (QCP): Submit within 14 days of contract award, detailing quality detection, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and inspection schedules.
