Scope of Work
CSOSA seeks contractor support to promote responsible parenting, strengthen family relationships, improve employment outcomes, and support long-term self-sufficiency for justice-involved individuals. Key services include:
- Fatherhood Education: Provision of evidence-based services through four (4) twelve-week cohorts annually, each serving up to twenty (20) participants (total 80 annually). The curriculum will cover parenting skills, co-parenting, healthy relationships, child development, communication, stress management, and financial literacy.
- Workforce Development & Employment Services: Support for participants in obtaining and maintaining employment, including Individual Service Plans (ISPs), individualized career guidance, training identification and enrollment assistance, job readiness workshops, résumé development, interview preparation, barrier mitigation, employer outreach, and job placement services.
- Job Retention Support: Structured support for three (3) months following employment placement, encompassing employment coaching, workplace problem-solving, conflict resolution assistance, schedule management support, and employer liaison services.
