Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive janitorial services, including:
- Monthly Cleaning: General janitorial tasks for administrative and maintenance buildings, and public restrooms.
- Semi-Annual Services: Carpet, hard floor, and ceramic floor cleaning.
- Periodic Cleaning: Hard floor maintenance, carpet restorative cleaning, air register/diffuser/grille cleaning, light fixture cleaning, and exterior window cleaning.
- Green Cleaning: Mandatory use of green cleaning products and processes.
- Personnel Standards: Contractor personnel must adhere to specific standards of dress, conduct, and behavior, maintaining decorum appropriate for a National Shrine.
- Safety & Equipment: Compliance with all safety standards and regulations. Contractor must furnish all necessary equipment and supplies, which must meet specified standards and be approved by the COR.

- Submission Requirements: Quotes must be complete, accurate, and detailed. Late quotes will not be accepted.
