- Supplies and Replacement Services: Provision of all necessary consumables and replacement parts, such as toner cartridges, waste toner containers, and fuser units, with timely delivery and installation.

Set-Aside & Eligibility
This opportunity is designated as an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) Set-Aside, with a strong preference for Indian Economic Enterprises (IEEs) under the Buy Indian Act. To qualify as an IEE, a business must be:
- Owned by one or more Indians, Federally Recognized Indian Tribes, or Alaska Native Corporations (at least 51%).
- Receive at least 51% of the earnings from the contract.
- Have management and daily business operations controlled by one or more individuals who are Indians.
Submission Requirements
Interested vendors, especially ISBEEs, must submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to perform the work. Responses must include:
- Number of years of experience in Copier Maintenance Services.
- List of past jobs/contracts for Copier Maintenance Services.
- Demonstration of how the company meets the IEE definition, specifically regarding 51% earnings and control of management/operations by Indians.
