• Award Type: Purchase Order, Delivery Order, or Purchase Card

• Bid/Offer Acceptance Period: 60 calendar days after close of Buy.

• Shipping Condition: Free on board (FOB) destination CONUS.

• Proposal or quote submission instructions: Bids must be submitted through the Unison Marketplace. Sellers must document what they are bidding for evaluation, including extended specs and/or manufacturer name and part numbers if applicable.

• Evaluation criteria or factors: Award will be made to a responsive, technically acceptable offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Buyer, considering price, technical capability, delivery, and past performance. Past performance will be evaluated on a Go/No-Go basis.

• Key deadlines or milestones: End Date: 01/26/2026, End Time: 11:00 ET. Seller Question Deadline: None specified.

• Set-Aside Requirement: Small Business. Only qualified Small Businesses can bid.

• SAM Requirement: Registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) is required at the time of offer submission.

• The target price is $1.00 and is inactive.

• A minimum bid decrement of $1 is required.
